A Joyogram is a beautifully designed ecard that can be sent to people digitally for special occasions such as birthdays, retirements, farewells, etc. You can send them as one person, or invite other people to contribute their own messages which can include text, video, photos, GIFs or voice notes. You can optionally add a gift card collection to a Joyogram in 38 countries.

To send any Joyogram it costs 1 credit. The more credits you buy ahead the cheaper those credits get. You can optionally also add a gift card collection where you can collect money for the recipient yourself or as a group. There are some small transaction fees on all payments to cover costs our payment provider charges us and these are shown to you clearly in the app on every payment you make.

Yes, to do this simply set up the Joyogram and start collecting money from other contributors. When you have enough funds in the pot you can use this to pay for the 1 credit needed to send the Joyogram.

No, a gift card collection is completely optional. Many people send Joyograms without them, and equally many want to add this to their Joyogram. When you create the Joyogram you can decide whether to add a gift collection or not. A Joyogram costs 1 credit regardless of the gift card collection.

When creating a Joyogram you can optionally add a gift card collection where the gift cards can be redeemed locally in 38 countries, across 21 currencies. When the total amount has been collected, and the Joyogram has been sent your recipient will be able to claim the collection money and spend it on any of the gift card brands in that country. They can choose to spend it all on one gift card, or across many of them they get to decide.

You can send a Joyogram with or without a gift card collection from any country in the world, but there are 38 countries that we support where the recipient can claim the collected money in and spend it on gift cards of their choice. Many people do this, the recipient will get a great experience when they open the Joyogram with our custom artwork, your message (which can be video, GIFs, photos, audio notes or just text) and you have the option to add a gift card collection also if you like. Equally many people send Joyograms as a group where they benefit from the easy way to collect messages and gift card collections together. It's up to you!

Yes, once your Joyogram is sent you and the recipient can download the Joyogram as a PDF. Our primary experience is digital but we provide this also for those wanting to print something out.

This of course depends on local tax laws but in many countries it is possible to pay for the Joyogram as an expense to the business. We provide you the option to pay as a business at the point of payment, and provide you with a business invoice after the purchase to download instantly.
